All of our made-to-order items are created specifically for you, based on your chosen specifications. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun, unless the item is faulty or not as described.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from what was agreed, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details. We will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights.
Please double-check all details before placing your order, as we cannot make changes once production has started.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at tom@taigafencing.co.uk.
